Cars 3 – Lets turn up the Heat

I love movies but honestly I am always careful with the new series. Some month ago though I started to see movies with different eyes, you know kind of look behind the scene and I actually started to see and hear the messages in the movies and cartoons. It is really nicely packed messages and teachings.

Most of us watch only the movies. I was reading review about this 3rd part as well. Some of them were so plain (it is not a judgement but my point of view about them) so now I would like to ask you:

Read my Life Lessons I have discovered in Cars 3 and then watch the cartoon again. You will be surprised. You can even think about those Lessons what do they mean to you.

I made two articles from this topic. It became a bit too long.

Life lessons from Cars 3

Lets see my 10 Life Lessons from Cars 3

  • I am Speed:

Working with my consciousness for a while now, but some weeks ago I found Access Consciousness®. I need to admit, the following sentences are regarding money, but it will make sense, you will see.

So, in Access they say become what you want. Makes sense right? I will tell you both parts: lets start with the original Access Consciousness. In How to become Money Workbook by Douglas, Gary M he says: I am power, I am awareness, I am control, I am creativity, I am money. This sentence express really nicely the infinite energy and money is also just energy.

When Lightning Mcqueen says “I am speed” you can find a similar energy behind it. Become what you actually love. Probably you took so many things over what others were telling about you, to you. Think about your parents, your friends. What can you hear from them so often that you still clearly remember those?

“You can’t do that”; “You are not allowed to do that”; “You are not worthy”; “You are ugly”; “You can’t reach it”; “Money doesn’t come easily”; etc. What happens? You took these point of views but instead of saying “I am speed”; “I am beauty”; “I am success”; you are telling “I am unworthy”; “I am not successful” and such things.

So, to actually change these old point of views consider them actually as point of views. Think about them like opinions “Oh, thank you for sharing your opinion with you. That is your point of view”.

Ask yourself:

What can I be when I consider these opinions as point of views? What else can I be then?

What would happen if from know you wouldn’t function from those opinions. You would step out of these pictures and you would choose your own point of view. You may not believe you are not worthy. So, send those thoughts back to the sender and start living from your choices.

  • Push through your own obstacles

Let me ask you something:

Are you the person who says:

It can be even better! / Can it be even better? or the It can’t be better!

Neither of these are right or wrong. Whatever you have chosen, you are right. If you are functioning from your limitations it is hard to step over them. You are just simply living as your limitations. You will always create your limits just to make your reality true.

You can start functioning from possibilities when you actually be willing to see and experience more. See over your borders, over your limits. Imagine it as seeing one tree, but suddenly you allow yourself to see the forest behind this tree. From this point you will see these obstacles not as obstacles but possibilities where you can be more and more. Even when it is a material world with duality that can be always more and more.

I was thinking about what would happen if we couldn’t die. Than that would be really a situation where you can actually decide to move and experience, learn new things etc or just sit in a place not doing anything. But not doing anything wouldn’t mean no development. You would still have thoughts, feelings what would move, even within your body your cells would renew, your blood would flow that would generate movements and developments. So, you are already the development no matter what you think, YOU ARE THE CHANGE the question is “What are you allowing into your reality, What changes are you allowing to be made?”

  • Dream small or not at all (protection)

Most of the time this sentence is told to protect ourselves. Remember, when your parents, friends tell you:” Be careful”. It is also something similar. With dreaming small you are not willing to step out of your comfort zone, you are playing safe.

But what happens when there is a bigger World and playing safe is the same amount of energy as playing you. Even it is also possible you are using more energy to hide and avoid who you really are / could be because that is a role what is just not meant for you. Remember   cases when you were able to solve and do anything because you were handling it just simply with joy and ease.

Dreaming small can be just as hard as dreaming big.

  • Life is too short to take no as an answer

Actually I love this one. It makes me remember those days when I was full with worries; over-thinking and overcalculating everything. These times I was deep in the planning and despite of the moving forward that was rather the one step forward, two steps backwards.

Sometimes we fail even before the big start just because of the generated fears and thoughts.

Thinking is not the same as doing. Too much planning stops you from moving.

  • Turn up the heat

Hard – easy; right – wrong; good – bad continuous polarity. From the point you are willing to get rid of these polarities, thoughts you can see different point of views. The more you leave the control the faster you can improve. The bigger the risk, the bigger the prize. If you can handle the risk easily, for example considering them not problems or hard things to come over, you are allowing more solutions into your life. Enjoy what you are doing when it is not your favorite. Find the nice side that will help your energies to relax and focus. When you start stressing yourself, you narrow your life and the space you have.

What is in your mind: what you do for others?

Before I start this article, I would like you to sit down, take a paper and make it half.

  • On the left side write down: “what do I do for others?
  • On the other side of the paper write down “What do I do for myself?”

If you want it more interesting, do the exercise also with closed eyes, listening to your feelings.

When you are done, check your results.

What do we do for others

It is not about being selfish or not doing anything for others. I DO NOT WANT TO ENCOURAGE anybody not to do things for others, but I DO WANT TO ENCOURAGE YOU to DO THINGS FOR YOURSELF.

Now, lets see my list.

Do you know WHAT IS TIME? I give you some time to think about it. You might say: Time is money,  Time is limited, Time is passing fast etc (put your own version here).

But what I think is, TIME IS LIFE or if you like this way LIFE IS TIME!

So, ask yourself?

  • Where you spend your Life? Are you Alone? Are you angry about it?

Sometimes we do things what we do not want. But why? Because of others, to get more like, to get acknowledgement? What is your answer.

  • Do work for others?

Have you ever thought about how many work you do for others? Do you now your reaction when it is about a work for yourself? A lot of people hates changes. But why? Changes are part of Life. Life is all about changes. If you see only your everydays – there is no days what is the same. You might say, it is the same, but it isn’t. Yesterday you didn’t have the experience that you have now. You have met with others already, you hadn’t known before. Interesting isn’t it. You migh hate working on yourself because you hate your real job as well? Just think about it.

  • Do you love giving, surprise others? 

Normally giving should be without any additional request. But it is not like that. The only difference is from where you want things in return. Every time we give, it generates a vacuum. It will be filled anyhow. The question is – your demand is against the person you gave or you let the Universe to give you something in return. Now, this was the Energetic part. Concentrating on our topic, you can go also and give some gifts for you. Lets say, nobody buys you flowers? What stops you buying one? It is not about being selfish, it is about honoring yourself. Nobody can love you if you do not love yourself. Then it will never be enough.

  • Are you happy for others? Do you hug them? 

Are you hapy when you are loved or huged? How does it feel when somebody who is important for you gives you a hug? AWESME, isn’t it? But why don’t you do that with yourself? Giving you a hug is the simplest you can imagine. You are always on hand and you don’t need to wait anybody’s participation.

  • Smiling, admiring, giving a comliment, expressing not so personal emotions, giving advice 

These are those things what brings always smile on somebody’s face. Till we use these so rarely. I think, it is so sad. So many people desire these feelings. I remember all of my moments when I gave honest compliments, nice words, smile to others. Those sparkling eyes. There is no money could be paid for just second of these moments.

But it makes you happy if you do it for yourself as well. Start doing it.

We often forget:  we are also imporant. You can make huge changes only with simply being happy. Everybody notices it immediately: not just your bad mood, but your shiny smile as wel. Remember, nobody can make you happy. But only because nobody does anything for you, it doesn’t mean, you can not do anyting for you. You are not just Anybody, you are YOU!

RHONDA BYRNE - Day 20 Heart Magic

Today’s practice:

  • focus your mind and your attention on the area of your heart
  • close your eyes to be mentally more connected to your heart
  • when you feel the connection say “Thank you”

Sometimes when I want to involve deeper energies into my practice I put my palm in front of my heart 2-3 cm far. After some minutes you can feel the energy flow.

Additional Possibility

  • take your Top 10 Desire List and practice Heart Magic on each of them
  • Read them out loud and do the Heart Magic described above

It is a nice way of making ourselves remember also being grateful on physical level.

I would walk 500 miles

Today is really an interesting day. It is actually about walking and combining every steps of you with Thank You.

But lets jump directly into the How:

  • do it for at least 90 seconds (so at least walk around 90 sec)
  • say “Thank you” for every steps you take
  • don’t count the steps because you will miss saying thank you
  • you can also note how do you feel before you start it and after you finish it

RHONDA BYRNE - Day 19 Magic Footsteps

As you see, it is a fast day comparing the rest. Just walk and be grateful. Try to put your emotions into this practice. It will make things easier and you actually don’t need to say “Thank you” because you will feel it inside. Just make it conscious.

Oh my Dear To-Do List

I have already a relationship with making To Do Lists. I think, I was the worst person in the World when it comes making a list. Everybody knows, I mostly store everything in my mind. I don’t mean it literally, but for real. I remember most of the time everything.

Funnily, my husband is the total opposite of everything. The thing is, he forgets everything and he has a tons of lists. Oh my God, you should see. I already heared several times, I should make lists, it would make my life easier.

I don’t say, I have never tried it, oh I bet I did. I can recall two times, when I was really motivated making lists.

Once, when my brother told me about it. He wanted to confess me, it is good because the circusmtances will be alligned to make my list done. The second case was when my husband told me: “You need to make lists to make room in your mind for new ideas.”

So, since my biggest WHYs making TO DO lists:

  • to CREATE the necessary CIRCUMSTANCES
  • to HAVE some PLACE for NEW IDEAS
  • shows me what is important

I discovered, if you are really in emotional connection with your To-Do list, you can really create those circumstances.

Why to have to do lists

If you are not alligned with your To Do List you might:

  • start procrastinate (Sounds familiar: “I’ll do it tomorrow” but the tomorrow never comes)
  • do it with bad feelings (you actually avoiding the feeling of success)
  • take over tasks what shouldn’t be yours
  • not see what is important and what you should avoid

From a To Do List you can realise what:

  • should be in your Focus
  • is not important and IMPORTANT
  • you need to ELIMINATE from your List
  • to give to somebody to do that

Consider your To Do list as something like collecting your Goals. Yes, sometimes you need to do some stuff what is not your favourite one. But if you see what you should avoid, you can start finding a way to eliminate those from your list.

Remember: problems are possibiltiies. The only thing what matters, how you handle those challenges.

Money Money Money must be Funny

All the things I could do with money, hm. Lets me ask you, what is the first thing comes into your mind when I ask you about MONEY? Is it something positive or negative? Do you like it or you hate it because you do not have enough?

Now we want to change it and have a different opinion and most importantly feeling about Money.

The Exercise

  • Fill the Magic Check with the amount of money you want
  • Think about what you want to buy from this amount

The more you can feel, you have your desired thing, the bigger frequency you can reach. You can imagine it in details. How you order o go to the shop. How you hand the money over or pay the bill. Everything you do with smile because it is not about giving your money away, but getting your desire. In this case not money what you want, but the thing you desire. It is a car, a house, shoes. Doesn’t matter. In a lot of cases we say, we need money. But actually what we need is payed billes, the house to live in, the car to drive.

If you think about it, everybody countinually is lying. Lying to ourselves and to our brain. But inside we know, money is just a tool and what we really want is behind money. During this day, be clear about what you want and just leave the possibility or the way how this will happen open. Money will be a choice for you. Consciously you decide and tell to the Universe, I want to use Money as a tool to fulfill my desire. But remember, as you have learnt earlier. If you get the exact item you originally wanted, that is also money.

Keep the check with you till you get what you wanted. After reaching your desire or getting the money, you are ready for your next journey and you can issue your new check. Have fun with it!

you are the Boss of Your Life. It doesn’t matter what you do, the Choice is yours.

Universal Law of Free Will

This law brings the Unity together. Nobody is separated in the Universe and in the Universal Energies. Every decision you make has consequences; Action and Re-Action. From the moment you feel you create a chain what will start creating the circumstances. Imagine it as dropping a rock into a water. But in this case you are the rock and your emotions are the waves. As the waves reach the cost they will send something else back. From the universal perspective these „somethings” are the circumstances.

The closer they are to you, the more effective reality they create. For example it can be a Choice. You are standing in front of two ways but you can not decide because you started to overthink it, or letting your fears to interfere.

For example, if you could check it in your Akashic Records, they would actually show two ways, too. But they wouldn’t tell you which road to take, the decision is yours. The two ways are in the same time different but still the same. You could ask, “How the free will comes into consideration now?”.

Let’s take a look into this process of making your choice practicing your Free Will:

  • Decision of which road you take: here you will consider your fear or reject them. Making a decision to avoid your fears hoping it will be an easier way or overcoming your fears and listen to your intuition.
  • Road with Fear: during this journey you can decide you learn about your fears, limitations and move forward.
  • Road with Intuition: still you can decide to move but also to stand. If you decide with moving it brings more experiences. If you decide to stand on the same place, with the time you will need to make an other decision about going with your fear or move forward.

The “circle” could look like: Decide – Experience – Overcome Limitations & Fears

If you take a look closely, there is no difference between experiencing and overcoming limitations & fears. Why? Because one person see Limitations & Fears as experiences, something what can give more to grow in Life. But others will consider them as Problems, Struggle in Life. Problems are borders, stoppers. Remember when you have problem – you start focusing on the problem and not on the solution.

Practicing your free will serves not just you, but others as well. Can you remember when I told you, the two roads are in the same time different and still the same? Your awareness, consciousness will determine the people around you and in your Life. You will affect them and they do the same with you. I don’t speak just about the conscious level when they give you or tell you something. As the Universe is about energies everybody will touch you energetically. Remember a case when you met with somebody on the street and after years you can remember when you see this person waling on the street. Just imagine this situation energetically. Interesting, right?

But if you decide because it feels right and not because you are afraid of as we people would say “Everything and Everybody will be on the right place and time”.

What I can suggest you: Be aware about your state and feelings. If you are afraid of something realize it and make your conscious choice to overcome this fear.

You are responsible for your Actions and Decisions.

Inner Happiness is outer Health

I have a certain view when it comes to Health. Health is something what needs to come from inside. I can say, I am a healthy person but when it comes about sadness or stress, something always comes up.

Let me mention some examples:

  • headache comes when I think too much about something plus I have worry inside
  • flu comes when I am overwhelmed and my body say: slow down

Every time when I can manage being centered again I feel again healthy – you know shiny inside, and shiny outside.

I bet, you say things like: “I could die! I have cancer! I feel bad!” and maybe even worse when you are sick.

But now, it is time for a change.

I do not say it is hard to make your brain think differently especially when you feel sick, tired, no mood for anything. BUT and now comes the big BUT it is not an impossible mission. It is just the matter of your Awareness.

RHONDA BYRNE - Day 16 Magic And Miraces in health

Step 1: Health You’ve Received (past)

Think about the following times when you have received health:

  • childhood
  • adolescence
  • adult life
  • felt full of energy

Try to search for a memory where you can feel, you were the “Boss of the World”. Say Thank You deeply from your heart.

Step 2: Health You’re Continuing to Receive (present)

This step is a bit similar to Day 4 Magical Health. Think about those organs, parts in your body where you feel totally healthy and they are working fine. Then choose five functions of your body that are well, and one by one, mentally say Thank you for each of one.

You can visit Day 4 for more information, as an addition to this step.

Step 3: Health You Want to Receive (future)

Within this step you need to make some planning. It means, you think about the ideal state of what you want to improve. When you give thanks for the ideal state, you put your feelings into this ideal state. So instead of focusing on what you do not want, you will focus on what you DO WANT. Letting your brain focusing on the good will help to find solution. It will give you the chance to fight against the illness, give you more strength and power over your life.

On this point even you can put some attention into a visualization. Imagine as your cells are fighting with the illness. Every cells inside your body are fighting for you, for your Life. You can support them with your good feelings, with your support.

 

My Conclusion

I do not say, start telling yourself you are healthy. Probably if you are fully with the thought, you are sick, you are dying, you wouldn’t believe it. But still you can focus on “I am getting better every day! I feel better”. If you can also add something what you enjoy, it will raise your vibes further.

For example, if you enjoy walking go out and start implement the thoughts while you are observing the trees, birds, fresh air, “I am feeling better and better”. You will notice the change of your awareness and mood.

Enemies are Your Compass

Let me ask you a question? Would you prefer somebody who constantly disagree with you? It is scientifically proven, we are attracted to those people who agree with us. What does that mean exactly? Probably your friend won’t tell you the hard truth or you may consider it as a joke., right? They are telling me even the truth nicely packed and at the end it comes anyway nice out of the box.

So, the clothes what actually doesn’t fit you at all maybe would be the BEST Choice, at least for the first sight. When you arrive home and you watch yourself in the mirror, you realize – “What has happened to me, why did I buy this? Is it really fit? But my friend was there, told me it is nice”.

You can think, it is too general and they are not always like this. And you are absolutely right.

But still, if you want to develop and learn something else about yourself, you could consider listen to those who think differently about yourself. Sometimes what we think and how we see ourselves is totally different from the way others see us.

These moments are creating Lies after Lies.

There is a Lie fed by everyone. You don’t want to tell the truth others don’t want to see it.

It is nice to live in our created “Dreams” but sometimes we need to step out of these dreams to open a New Chapter or start writing a totally new “The Book of My Life”.

Enemies Lights Your Way

Friends or enemies

If you are willing to open, you can see those people who you think about as enemies can be the most loving person in the World. They not necessarily want to hurt you (yes, there will be who really wants to hurt you) but they come to your way to learn, to show you somethin. If you are open and you are ready to look behind the curtain you will see.

Remember, there is never a co-incidence if you meet with somebody. You may just do not realize the reason behind.

Very often we project our thoughts, feelings, experiences to others. But if you are honest with yourself truly, you can see yourself in these people. They will project what you do and how you do. Even if you fight with it, still true.

What you may consider about the person you think about as your enemie: 

  • Maybe she / he is telling the truth
  • The more it hurts, the bigger truth you can find in it (if that wasn’t the truth you wouldn’t give a f*ck. – sorry for the word, wanted to something hard)
  • Despite telling you the truth, the person still can be a loving person and wanting you as a friend
  • Ask yourself: do you want to feed your lie further? (if yes, you do not need to consider any of these)

I HATE You, or I LOVE You?

Lets admit, we are Human? Don’t we? Or we are something more?

If we think with human mind, we just say, if we do not like somebody. Most of the time, even we don’t care about thinking with a different perspective. We stick with the story in our head – it is true or not, we don’t care. From these “I don’t care” moments, we collect so much that the original problem will grow something totally different than before. In these cases we might be angry with somebody even knowing the reason – I don’t know, but I just don’t like her / him.

Today, it is time to change it!

Magically Heal Your Relationship

Yes, before you would go mad, today we target your not happy relationships. Whether it is a friendship or really a family member, doesn’t matter.

  1. Choose one difficult, problematic relationship that you want to improve. It doesn’t matter this person is in your Life, or in the past or not even in your life any more.
  2. List ten things you are grateful for about this person
  3. Write also a list about the great things of this person you received from the relationship

During this day, you really need to put your hard feelings away. It doesn’t matter what has happened or what this person did to you. You may discover at the end, He / She had meant that totally differently as you understood. So, open up the chance for somethig different.

You can use a form like,

(Name)_____________, I am grateful for (what?) __________.

What is My advice?

If you can’t find anything good for the first sight, keep asking yourself about this person. It can be also something you may learnt from this person or from the situation. Just keep asking. If really nothing comes up, you may consider to choose somebody else, lets say an easier case. With every practice you will be more professional. Remember, only the first step is difficult, the rest is just easy-peasy.
